Ermeni Harfli Kıpçakça Söz Varlığı Üzerine Notlar

Abstract

The subject of this study is the legal meanings of the terms tusnaχ, yük, yal selected from text of Töre Bitigi ‘The Legal Book’ written in the Kypchak Turkish in Armenian scripts in the Western Ukraine (L’vov, Kamenets-Podol’sk) of XVIth century (1519-1594). In this respect, the terms tusnaχ, yük, yal will be studied with reference to both form and meaning since they have the historical origins. In addition, traces of these terms will be mentioned in the modern Turkish languages and also the fact that the middleage Kypchak, notably the heritage of Armeno-Kypchak is a prominent document of the history of Kypchak language and law for modern Kypchak languages will be drawn attention.
