Hakasya'da Ana Dilini Koruma Çalışmaları

Abstract

At the beginning of the 1990’s Khakassia has got republic status and Khakas language has been accepted as official language of Khahas Republic with Russian language which is an official language of Russian Federation. The government programs wich aim to develop Khakas Turkish’s natural using areas like education, bureaucratic and official works, commutication, literature and art, have been effective in different areas in different degrees since 1994. Russian Federation’s laws on language are equal for all nationalities in theory, although their practices show that these laws depend on demographic structure, force of the indigenous on the administration of the government. Furthermore the duration and dense of the ethnolinguistic assimilation process also affects on mechanism of these laws in republics. In Khakassia, where indigenous population rate almost 11 % of total population and where Russian language isn’t used only as an international relation language but also spoken language in families in view of the fact that demographic data the vitality of Khakas language depends on taking more serious measures.
